Lanier National Speedway Regional Qualifier       3-26-05

The first event of the Regional Touring Series was hosted at Lanier National Speedway in Braselton, Georgia. The Regional Touring races feature all the Semi-pro, Pro, and Masters in one main event for a 50 lap showdown. Over 70 cars showed up for the opening race, and only 28 cars would get to race in the feature. Jordan Started out the night by drawing #2 for his heat race which meant he would be starting on the pole in the first heat race. Jordan finished second in the heat race giving him a 5th place starting position, one spot behind crew chief Nick Pistone.  The green flag dropped and all 28 cars took off with Jordan already putting pressure on the car in 3rd place. On lap 7 Jordan made a pass for 3rd place when something in the motor broke, immediately ending Jordan's night. Jordan ended up finishing in 24th place overall, but 5th place in the Semi-Pro class.
