Lanier National Speedway         4-9-05

 In practice Jordan did not get any practice on the racetrack because of a major oil leak, which meant the heat race would be used as practice for the main event. After drawing 16 Jordan would start 2nd in the second heat race. Jordan won his heat race which would mean Jordan would start on the outside pole for the heat race. On the initial start of the race Jordan charged into the lead and never looked back. On lap 18 after 10 restarts the final caution would come out. On the restart the 48 car got underneath Jordan going into the 1st and 2nd corner, leaving Jordan stuck on the outside which caused him to fall back to 4th place. Jordan passed 3 more cars and took home the win.
