Heading into Saturday
nights race at the South Boston Speedway, Jordan
Anderson had only seen videos of the the historic
4/10ths mile track nestled in the Virginia mountains. At
nights end, the 20 year old experienced all the ups and
downs that the track had to offer. After qualifying 11th
in the near 30 car field, Anderson would run as high as
3rd before getting spun out with less than 40 laps to
go. It was still meant to be a good night - as Anderson
fought back and worked his way through the field and
finished 5th.
