Jordan finishes 7th in first Late Model Truck race
After starting on the outside pole for his Debut in the Late Model Trucks, Jordan Anderson's night went crazy. At the start, he missed a shift and was shuffled back, scraping the wall and other trucks. When he got to turn 3, he spun as he tried to get the truck back into 4th gear. He was hit by two trucks, tearing the entire TV panel and spoiler off. Then, Jordan worked his way to 6th, but when he tried to pass teammate Andrew Carlson, Carlson cut down on him, spinning them both. Carlson was done for the night, but Jordan soldiered on. On the restart, Jordan spun off turn two while passing another truck. But it wasn't over. Restarting 10th, Jordan kept on going finishing 7th out of a 14 truck field! Congrats to Jordan for finishing the race...even if it was in two pieces!
Jordan's Next Race in the Late Model Truck will be May 27th at Hickory Motor Speedway. Make sure to come out to the speedway and support Jordan!!
