Bible Verses for the Summer Shootout
Summer Shoot-Out Bible Verses
During the Race Season I would like to focus on Key scriptures that are
meaningful to me as a believer in Jesus Christ. From time to time I will
elaborate on each as it pertains to my walk with Christ.
In Christ,

Hebrews 3:12-14
See to it brothers, that none of you has a sinful , unbelieving heart that
turns away form the living God. But encourage one another daily, as long as
it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sins
deceitfulness. We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the
end the confidence we had at first.
Ephesians 3:20
Unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or
think, according to the Power that worketh in us.
Jeremiah 33:3
The promise is, " Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great
and mighty things, which thou knowest."
Luke 10:19
Behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over
all the power of the enemy : And nothing shall by any means hurt you.
1 Thessalonians 2: 19-20
For what is our hope, our joy, or crown in which we will glory in the
presence of our Lord Jesus when he Comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our
glory and joy.
Galatians 6:14
May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through
which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. Neither
circumcision nor circumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation.
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer Live, but Christ lives in
me. The Life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who
loved me and gave himself for me.
2 Peter 1:21
For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God
as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He
is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to
repentance.
Romans 5:15
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith we have peace with God
through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith
into this grace which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory
of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings , because we know
that suffering produces perseverance; and character , hope. And hope does
not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our Hearts by
the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.
Luke 18:27
Jesus replied, What is impossible with men is possible with God.
