Jordan Anderson on track
at Concord Motorsport Park
Friday May 23th: Concord,
North Carolina
Hot off of a 4th place finish
the week before, Jordan Anderson was looking forward to
returning back to the Concord Motorsport Park facilities.
During practice Anderson and his Team NPR crew worked hard
to get the car where it needed to be for qualifying and
feature races. During qualifying Jordan ran good and brought
back a fourth place qualifying effort.
During the race, Anderson showed
why he is a noted so many times as a good driver. Showing
patience and determination, he did the best with what he had
and ran strong throughout the race, laying down both
consistent and fast times lap after lap. In the end when the
drivers raced under the checkered flag, Anderson and his #19
race car brought home a well earned 3rd place finish.
"Overall tonight was really good." Anderson said. "I had a
great time out there racing and everyone on my crew did a
great job tonight preparing the car, I couldn't have asked
for anymore."
When asked about his new car,
Anderson had this to say "I've got to truly thank all the
people that have joined up with Jordan Anderson Racing for
the 2008 racing season. With the City of Forest Acres, and
Dick Dyer Toyota coming back on board as primary partners
for the season, I feel very fortunate to have such great
companies supporting me in my racing career"
